We first took the historical walking tour with the Montpelier Heritage Group. We looked at the older buildings on State, Main and Langdon Streets. We had an interesting tour guide from UVM, Britta Fenniman, who gave us a lot of information about Montpelier's past. A young man visiting from England also joined our group. Three of us walked in Hubbard Park after the tour to get some more exercise. It was a pleasant day and folks enjoyed the time outside.
