Wednesday September 25 2019 Beyond Hubbard Park by Steve and Heather Bailey

Eight people hiked on a beautiful autumn day. We started at the North Branch Nature Center and hiked up the “Stump Dump” trail towards Hubbard Park. We turned off to the north of the park and spent most of the time outside the park limits. The sun came out as we arrived at the rocky clearing we had chosen for a lunch stop. We later passed by old stone fences which marked a former farmstead.
