Sat Aug 21 2021 Section outing to Boulder Beach by Steve and Heather Bailey
The Montpelier section had an outing at Boulder Beach State Park. It started with a hike around Groton State Park from the Nature Center. We were lucky enough to find a large blackberry patch that was ripe for our picking. A pot luck lunch followed, with a few members staying after to swim. It was our first section picnic since the pandemic started, and it was nice to see people in person again.
