Executive Committee Meeting May 2, 2020

 

            Our annual meeting was scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2020

at Christ Episcopal Church, on State Street in Montpelier.

The Coronavirus pandemic changed that. Members were asked to vote (for Officers and Budget.)
By email where possible, otherwise by mail. The (outgoing) president Steve Bailey counted the votes.

The budget and the nominated officers were approved.
