SUMMARY: Hike Mt Belvidere in Eden - 
DESCRIPTION:As part of the Long Trail Day fundraiser\, the Montpelier section of the GMC is going to hike up Mt Belvidere from the Long Trail trailhead in Eden.  The trail is listed as moderate difficulty\, 5.2 miles with 2000 ft of elevation gain. DESCRIPTION:Websterville. Easy.  Hike a four mile loop through some of the most scenic parts of the Millstone quarries\, including the Grand Lookout with its wall of granite sculptures.  The fall is the best time to see these quarries\, when the aspen trees will be in full color.  We will move at a relaxed pace\, as there are lots of photo ops along the way.
