GMC Montpelier section annual meeting. Capital City Grange, 6612 VT Route 12, Berlin (1.2 miles south of downtown Montpelier)
Social hour – 5:30 P.M
Potluck dinner followed by brief business meeting- 6:00 P.M.
Featured presentation – 7:00 P.M.
Glaciers, icebergs, penguins and more. Nancy Thomas and Dana Lawrence will share pictures and stories of their visit to the Antarctic Peninsula in December, 2024, the height of “summer” on a Viking expedition ship. There they witnessed towering glaciers and mountains, immense icebergs, many whales and other unique wildlife.
