Sat Sep 20 2025 Bamforth Ridge to beaver pond by Steve and Heather Bailey

We had sunny weather in the 50’s for our hike, which was part of the Long Trail Day fundraiser. We hiked from the Duxbury Window trailhead, past the window, past the turnoff for the Bamforth Ridge shelter. A short distance later we turned off of the Long Trail and followed a faint trail through the woods to a lovely beaver pond.
