Warren road walk
It is difficult to think of a more spectacular mud-season road walk than this 7.5 mile loop out of Warren village. This year the views lived up to the billing. We had clear, cool weather, and the Green Mountains looked their very best. The Yestermorrow-designed bus stop, on the corner of East Warren Road, gave us shelter from the wind for a brief snack break. For our second break, we stopped on the edge of the Blueberry Hill ski-touring area, where the tracks were still surprising hard.
Oh, and the road mud was spectacular as well!
